Responsibilities / Tasks

As a project coordinator, you will take responsibility for supporting and implementing internal development projects that impact the global service business.

This is a new position, why you will have a strong influence on how the tasks and area of responsibility will develop. You will be involved in both analysis and execution, turning strategy into concrete actions across a broad range of projects. The projects may include e-commerce, circular economy, service support, pricing, process optimization and sales development initiatives – and much more.

Working independently, you ensure progress across projects while aligning closely with stakeholders and global priorities. Your role connects strategy with execution, driving improvements across the service organization.

More specifically, you will:

• Drive and coordinate strategic projects within the service business
• Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities using lean principles and data insights
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers and business development to turn initiatives into actionable plans
• Ensure alignment and progress by coordinating stakeholders across teams and countries
• Support pricing activities, sales initiatives, training initiatives and ad hoc analysis, while improving workflows and procedures

Your Profile / Qualifications

With a solid analytical mindset, you can translate data into actionable improvements. Using your collaborative skills, you build trust and communicate clearly across stakeholders.

Finally, we imagine that you: 

• Hold a BSc or master’s degree in business administration or another relevant field
• Have around 3-5 years of experience from relevant positions
• Have experience with project management
• Demonstrate solid commercial understanding
