Du arbeitest in einer professionell aufgestellten IT‑Landschaft mit klaren Strukturen in Service Desk, Rechenzentrum, Cloud, Netzwerk und Application‑Management – und mit genug Freiraum, um Prozesse nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für zentrale IT‑Services, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest Abläufe aktiv mit. Dank kurzer Entscheidungswege kannst du wirklich etwas bewegen – statt einfach nur Tickets abzuarbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Interner 1st‑Level‑Support inklusive sauberer Dokumentation
• Installation und Betreuung von Windows‑ und macOS‑Clients
• Patchmanagement für standardisierte VM‑Images
• On‑ & Offboarding inkl. Arbeitsplatz‑Setup
• Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Hardware & Software
• Administration von Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange & Microsoft 365
• Verwaltung von Usern & Rollen in Atlassian‑Tools

Dein Profil:
• Ausbildung im IT‑Umfeld oder praktische Erfahrung im IT‑Support
• Sehr gute Windows‑Kenntnisse und Grundwissen in macOS
• Basiswissen in Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung & Teamgeist
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
