We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates to join our growing team and support the safe and efficient operation of this new facility.
Position Summary
The Ingredient Batching Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and preparing monomers and auxiliary materials required for polymerization. This role ensures consistent batch quality by controlling concentration, verifying monomer content, and maintaining precise ingredient ratios in accordance with process specifications.
Main Responsibilities
Verify monomer content in cooperation with the laboratory and calculate batch dosage strictly based on tested values.
Accurately weigh all auxiliary materials for each batch; weighing must be based on actual measurements, not purchase weight.
Perform at least one weighing verification per shift to prevent deviations caused by balance error.
Control final mixing concentration within the required process range; investigate and correct deviations to ensure polymerization consistency and product quality.
Handle auxiliary materials properly to ensure bag cleanliness and prevent contamination or raw material waste.
Wear appropriate PPE during batching operations to prevent burns and safety risks.
Maintain accurate and complete operation records; ensure proper shift handover.
Complete other tasks assigned by workshop leadership.
Qualifications
College degree or above
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and operational precision
Maintains a high level of discipline, accountability, and responsibility in all tasks
Strong commitment to safety, with consistent adherence to safety protocols
Reliable, professional, and able to execute procedures accurately and consistently
Language Requirement
English Level: A2 (Basic Operational English)
Ability to understand and use everyday expressions related to work tasks.
Ability to communicate basic operational issues using simple words and phrases.
Ability to read basic work instructions with the support of diagrams or visual aids.
Other Information
Work Environment: Indoor/Outdoor batching and polymerization support areas
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (3/2 system)
