• Responsabil de urmarirea si imbunatatirea indicatorilor de calitate (e.g. scrap rate/cost / reclamatii);
• Persoană de contact în problemele de calitate din zona de productie;
• Responsabil pentru prelucrarea reclamaţiilor primite de la client;
• Responsabil pentru permanenta actualizare a documentelor: documente calitate, plan de control, instrucţiuni de control, procesul de verificare, prezentări, PPM externi, etc.;
• Participa în şedinţele de actualizare a PFMEA;
• Responsabil pentru coordonarea problemelor interne de calitate;
• Urmăreşte acţiunile survenite în urma auditurilor sau a vizitelor din partea clienţilor;
• Este implicat in pregatirea auditurilor programate de către client;
• Urmăreşte rezultatele auditurilor interne şi acţionează, împreună cu echipa, la definirea de acţiuni acolo unde este cazul;
• Realizează Audituri de proces acolo unde este definit ca responsabil, şi urmăreşte implementarea/ realizarea şi închiderea acţiunilor definite în urma acestora.

• Studii superioare absolvite (profil tehnic);
• Experienta in domeniul calitatii de minim 1 an (Experienta in industria electronica constituie avantaj);
• Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel avansat;
• Competente de quality management, time management, continuous improvement si comunicare;
• Experienta in utilizarea metodelor calitatii.
