Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein Ingenieur (m/w/d) für die Projektsteuerung Hochbau in Stuttgart oder Freiburg gesucht, der die Koordination und Kontrolle von Bauprojekten aktiv unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung von Hochbauprojekten
• Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität der Bauprojekte
• Koordination und Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Architekten und internen Projektbeteiligten
• Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Vertragsmanagement
• Analyse von Projektrisiken und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung von Hochbauprojekten
• Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI und Bauabläufe
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
