Estamos en búsqueda de Ingeniero de Datos IA,

Principales responsabilidades:

• Diseñar, construir y operar pipelines de datos robustos en Azure (batch y near real‑time).

• Implementar ingestas y transformaciones utilizando Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks (Spark/PySpark) y Azure Data Lake Gen2.

• Optimizar particionamiento, costos y performance en entornos cloud.

• Diseñar arquitecturas ETL/ELT, integraciones y consumo/exposición de APIs.

• Integrar datos desde bases relacionales como SQL Server y Oracle Database, garantizando trazabilidad y calidad.

• Habilitar datasets limpios, consistentes y eficientes para IA/Machine Learning, en trabajo conjunto con Data Science.

• Automatizar procesos y flujos operativos con Power Apps y Power Automate.

• Implementar prácticas de CI/CD para pipelines de datos utilizando Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, versionamiento).

• Documentar procesos, transformaciones, reglas de negocio y linaje de datos.

• Promover buenas prácticas de calidad, seguridad, desempeño y gobierno del dato.

Requerimientos técnicos obligatorios:

Plataforma Azure:

• Azure Databricks: clusters, jobs, notebooks, optimización de recursos, tuning de performance.

• Azure Data Factory: pipelines, triggers, ingestas batch/near real-time.

• Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.

Procesamiento:

• Apache Spark / PySpark (optimizaciones, manejo de grandes volúmenes, particionamiento).

• SQL avanzado para análisis, transformación y validación.

Lenguajes:

• Python para data engineering, automatización e integración vía APIs.

Conocimientos deseables:

• Optimización de costos y performance en entornos cloud.

• Principios de calidad de datos, linaje, gobierno de datos.

• Experiencia habilitando datos para IA/Machine Learning.

• Conocimientos básicos de MLOps (versionamiento de datos/modelos, despliegues).

• Seguridad de datos: roles, accesos, enmascaramiento y políticas.

• CI/CD aplicado a pipelines de datos.
