Ingeniero/a de seguridad de procesos (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL)

We are looking for a Senior Process Safety Engineer, whose main functions will be:

• Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, SWIFT, LOPA, SIL Determination Workshop, among others.
• Prepare the terms of reference, organize workshops and reporting for the previous workshops.
• Perform radiation and dispersion modeling using EFFECTS software.
• Perform Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) with RISKCURVES software.
• Write technical risk assessment reports in compliance with Seveso III Directive requirements.
• Ensure schedule and budget are met with a high quality deliverables.
• Review documents from potential clients and prepare technical offers.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Native Spanish  Fluent in English (C1 certification)
• 5-10 years’ experience in Process Safety in EPC companies or consultancy
• Significant experience as HAZOP chairman / facilitator
• Knowledge of Physical Effects Modeling and Quantitative Risk Assessment software such as EFFECT, RISKCURVES, PHAST, SAFETI, etc.
• Effective communication
• Experience in Hazardous area classification and Explosion Protection Document is an advantage
• Experience in other HSE / PSM areas is an advantage
