Job Description

Au sein d'une équipe d'experts, vous accompagnez nos clients dans la résolution d'incidents complexes liés à l'infrastructure réseau et sécurité, que ce soit logiciel ou matériel. Vos missions :

Support

• Après avoir écarté les erreurs de manipulation ou d'installation, confirmer l'incident et effectuer rapidement un diagnostic précis.

• Apporter une ou plusieurs solutions au client dans les meilleurs délais.

• Suivre et accompagner la mise en œuvre de la résolution de l’incident.

• Répondre aux mails des clients (adressés à la mailing-list : [email protected])

• Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures, référentiels et documentations concernées.

Amélioration continue

• Réaliser des maquettes afin de reproduire des incidents et de trouver le moyen de les éviter.

• Tester le comportement des dernières versions publiées par les constructeurs

Personnel

• Se former continuellement avec aide extérieure ou non (et prestations extérieures ou non) aux nouvelles techniques, aux nouveaux matériels référencés par la société NOMIOS.

• Intervenir dans le cadre de projets d’intégrations afin d’apprendre à évoluer dans un contexte client, sur des architectures de production.

Organisationnel

• Participer à la planification des permanences matin/soir

• Respecter la présence sur les plages horaires définies afin de garantir la prise en charge des appels des clients
