A propos du poste ::
Dans le cadre du développement de Verkor, nous recrutons un.e Ingénieur Operations Readiness au sein de notre équipe Production. En tant que tel.le, vous garantissez la fiabilité et la performance de plusieurs équipements de production selon les standards de sécurité, qualité et performance. La localisation est évolutive : dans un contexte de support à la production de notre site pilote, ce poste sera en premier lieu basé à Grenoble. Une fois la gigafactory opérationnelle et en capacité de produire, vous aurez l'opportunité d'être accompagné dans le cadre d'une mobilité interne vers la gigafactory fin 2026 .

Missions principales : :
Identifier les dérives process et mettre en place les actions correctives Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements de premier niveau (troubleshooting). Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes maintenance et production pour garantir la continuité du flux. Participer ponctuellement à des actions d’amélioration continue sur le périmètre (fiabilisation, qualité, performance).

Prérequis ::
Diplôme d'ingénieur, une expérience préalable en milieu industriel est un plus Niveau avancé en anglais Capacité d'analyse Capacité à rédiger des rapports d'analyse/d'intervention Esprit pédagogue Capacité à travailler en équipe
