Dans ce poste : Le RTE anime les équipes au sein d’un Release Train et facilite la coordination de leurs activités afin que celles-ci soient alignées. Plus le projet est complexe, plus le RTE est occupé. Songez par exemple aux dépendances lors de la planification, aux questions d’intégration et aux tests à la chaîne. Le RTE travaille en outre à l’amélioration continue des programmes car celle-ci contribue à faire progresser l’ART plus rapidement et de façon plus efficiente.
