Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide in-person end-user support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is fully on-site and demands strong technical proficiency coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a professional, high-quality support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all on-site IT support needs, ensuring timely and courteous issue resolution
Provide hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network, and conferencing equipment
Support Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and related tools
Maintain endpoint compliance and coordinate with central infrastructure teams for patching and updates
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including system setup, device provisioning, and access configuration
Log, track, and close tickets in the ITSM system, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
Ensure all IT assets are inventoried, labeled, and maintained in working condition.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve user satisfaction and service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience providing on-site end-user and desktop support in a corporate environment
Proficient in:
Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
Office 365 Administration and productivity applications
Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
Strong understanding of IT security best practices for endpoints
Excellent communication, executive-level user engagement, and customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Team player with a positive, service-minded attitude and a sense of ownership
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation
Experience supporting conference rooms, AV systems, and executive-level users
Exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira
