Key responsibilities:

• Interact with Program leadership, project teams and stakeholders to drive project

• Manages activities for assigned programs/projects including: objectives

o Activity sequencing and planning

o Resource planning and management

o Project scheduling

o Financial/budget management

o Quality control

o Risk/issue management

o Scope/project change management

• Manage project/program using defined company PMO processes and procedures

• Manage project intersections and dependencies with stakeholder groups across IT and the company (e.g. Infrastructure, Architecture, IT operations, etc.).

Specifically coordinate with partner Project Managers around cross-functional weekly work plans.

• Work as PM for O365 Deployment

• understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 preferred

• Provide excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively handle project

• Interact as needed with service providers and vendors, 3rd parties, etc.

• Manage all project documentation, create key project deliverables (project initiation, communication across the project team, stakeholders, and across the company

• Assist with project close, create and/or ensure operational support documentation scope management, issues lists, sub-team status reports, communications and communication plans, project plans, resource planning, RACI, budget, documentation, specifications)and transition to operations is successful.
