• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for system access, connectivity, and basic technical issues.
• Monitor servers, applications, and system performance.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Assist with deployment processes, system updates, and backups.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or
related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Willing to perform both helpdesk support and infrastructure tasks
