THE WORK::
• You’ll operate with a high degree of independence as a Senior Client Liaison & Business Development Analyst while supporting senior leaders and delivery teams.
• You’ll serve as the primary liaison for key Texas water clients, including San Antonio–area and regional entities.
• You’ll coordinate client meetings, workshops, and presentations, capturing decisions, action items, and follow‑ups.
• You’ll support proactive relationship management and ongoing client engagement.
• You’ll assist with opportunity identification, pipeline tracking, and pursuit coordination.
• You’ll support proposal development, schedules, internal reviews, and compliance activities.
• You’ll maintain accurate opportunity and sales data in internal systems, including Deltek and CRM/Sales tools.
• You’ll provide administrative, reporting, and coordination support across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• You’ll participate in client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED::
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3 years of experience in client-facing coordination, project support, business development, or operational roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional communication skills, including comfort working with senior leadership and external clients
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE::
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or progress toward certification
• Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities, or public-sector clients
• Experience with Deltek, CRM, or professional services management systems
