We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include assisting with ongoing maintenance efforts on the Identity Management infrastructure architecture. This includes but is not limited to the Novell Identity Management suite (eDirectory, IDM, Sentinel, UserApp) and Oracle Internet Directory, including modification to driver policies and workflows implemented within the Identity Management System (IDMS). The person will help maintain complex solutions related to the IDMS and its interfaces with authoritative sources and downstream systems, including JJEDS, Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, among others, as well as maintain Identity & Access Management provisioning automation.
KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2 years Novell Identity Manager (IDM), Novell Designer for IDM, and Novell eDirectory experience or equivalent is required.
• Experience with large-scale Identity & Access Management environments in a global enterprise is required.
• Experience integrating Novell IDM with eDirectory and a multi-domain Active Directory environment is required.
• Experience working in both Windows Server and Linux/UNIX Server environments is required.
• Familiarity with working in a validated environment subject to GxP and SOX oversight is required.
• Good presentation skills, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and strong analytical skills required.
• Minimum of 1 year Novell Sentinel experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated scripting skill in VBScript and/or PowerShell is preferred.
• Familiarity with database environments, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server is preferred..
