About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team at our Phoenix office. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the infrastructure and operational integrity of Windcave's servers, networks and software worldwide. Your efforts will ensure 24/7/365 uptime for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.

Oversee virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.

Administer data backups and Office 365 (Teams, Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange).

Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Linux OS, EDR, antivirus management.

Knowledge of database management, webservers, load balancers, and SIP telephony.

Familiarity with network security protocols and practices.
