About the Role:
• We are seeking an experienced IT / Infrastructure Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology infrastructure initiatives that will enhance both employee and client experiences. The role focuses on the build and renovation of a new London office tower, including the installation and coordination of voice and data infrastructure, network hardware, and structured cabling. This is a hands-on technical project management role where the successful candidate will own and lead the execution of project activities, rather than reporting on them. During the installation phase, the role will require working Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure and network implementation projects
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology infrastructure projects
• Coordinate installation of voice and data hardware and associated cabling
• Procure hardware and manage vendor deliveries, logistics, staging, and delays
• Work with engineering and operations teams to gather technical requirements and support high-level design
• Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors
• Maintain and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
• Identify and manage project risks and issue logs
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and BAU sign-offs
• Create and manage Technology Change Management tickets
• Provide weekly project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper planning and coordination of infrastructure deployments

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in technology project management
• Experience working within financial services or consulting environments
• Proven experience managing infrastructure or telecom projects
• Experience with:
• Branch office builds, renovations, and relocations
• Corporate real estate technology deployments
• Network infrastructure implementations
• Data center builds, integrations, or migrations
• Strong understanding of:
• Structured cabling and cable management
• Corporate infrastructure services
• Network hardware including Cisco and Arista
• Experience managing network integration projects
