Job Description

We are Looking for IT Supervisor who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, projects, and team. To play role for ensures that technology systems meet operational requirements and align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Requirements:
-IT Strategy and Planning.

-Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.

-Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

-Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business operations.

-Team Management Lead, train, and supervise IT staff, including developers, network administrators, and support technicians.

-Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide professional development opportunities.

-System and Network Management Oversee the maintenance and security of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data storage. Manage the installation and configuration of systems to meet organizational needs.

-Security and Compliance Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data protection laws.

-Technical Support and Troubleshooting Oversee IT help desk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

-Act as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.

-Project Management Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

-Vendor Management Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

-Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.

Qualifications&Skills

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (or certifications like PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.)

-Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management or leadership roles.

-Proficiency in system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure.

-Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.

-Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

-Strong leadership and team management abilities.

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

-Effective communication and stakeholder management.
