We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Engineer to help run and improve our enterprise IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who has been hands-on with computers for years, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow quickly in IT operations, systems, and security. You’ll be on the front lines supporting employees and system teams, but this is not a dead-end helpdesk role. You’ll work closely with our enterprise IT and security operations teams, get exposure to modern tooling, and take on real ownership as you grow in our security enterprise.

What you'll do!:
• Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT support to employees (hardware, software, access) Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and SaaS tools
• Support onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, access)
• Manage tickets and communicate clearly with users
• Escalate issues appropriately while learning how to resolve them independently
• Help manage the device fleet (MDM, patching, replacements)
• Assist with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, permissions) Document fixes, workflows, and common issues
• Look for ways to reduce repeat problems and manual work
• Assist with security-related tasks (phishing reports, endpoint alerts, audits)

What We’re Looking for Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Ability to learn quickly and take feedback
• Good communication skills, especially explaining technical issues to non-technical users
• Sense of ownership — you see problems and want to fix them
Technical Experience
• Windows and/or macOS troubleshooting
• Building, repairing, or upgrading PCs
• Basic networking concepts (DNS, Wi-Fi, VPNs) Familiarity with ticketing systems (or willingness to learn) Exposure to Microsoft 365, and modern SaaS tools
Nice to Have
• Homelab or personal technical projects
• Interest in security, systems, or cloud technologies
• Experience in an MSP, campus IT, or fast-paced support environment
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+/CCNA, Security+
