In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Information Systems Engineer - M/F.Member of the Information Systems department, you will be in charge of the organization and the implementation of the Information Systems technical support. o Responsibilities : Helpdesk and technical support of the information systemso Tasks: To provide a support and to train to the users of the information systems To resolve and manage the resolution of the levels 1 and 2 technical incidents To improve the maintenance and incident management processes of the information systems To participate to Information systems project Searched profileo Education: Scientific education in Computer scienceso Experience: 2 years as system engineero Knowledge & skills: Environment: Windows workstations and servers, Office 365, VPN, VmWare, Active directory, Webex, Network Experience in masterization and deployment Experience in Helpdesk Knowledge in Virtualization (VMWare workstation) An ITIL V3 certification and knowledge in network will be appreciate Very good English & French communication skills (written and spoken) are required.o Qualities Mind openness, Team spirit and organization skills, Good interpersonal and communications skills are required Benefits offered by the companyo Fulfilling working and living environmento Meal vouchers / holiday voucherso Canteeno Complementary health insurance
