Job Title: Information Systems Auditor (IT Audit & Compliance)
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Location: Chennai
Education: BE / BTech / CA (or equivalent qualification)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Information Systems Auditor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT audit, general IT controls testing, and cloud environment assessments, with exposure to financial services and SOx compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct information systems audits across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Perform General IT Controls (GITC) testing on applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and infrastructure components (e.g., operating systems, databases).
• Evaluate and test IT controls related to SOx compliance.
• Review and audit cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Prepare audit documentation, risk assessments, and recommendations in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of identified issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and industry standards, particularly in the financial services domain.
Required Skills:
• 2–8 years of experience in IT Audit or Information Systems Audit.
• Strong knowledge of GITC testing across applications and infrastructure.
• Experience auditing cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Working knowledge of SOx ITGC testing.
• Familiarity with audit processes within financial services companies.
Preferred Certifications (any one or more):
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• ISO 27001:2002
• CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge)
• NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology frameworks)
Education:
• BE / BTech / CA or any equivalent degree in a relevant field.
