Information & Document Management Specialist (SharePoint & Drupal)

We currently have a vacancy for an Information & Document Management Specialist (SharePoint & Drupal) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Design, build and maintain SharePoint Online sites for different teams and departments;
• Analyse collaboration needs and develop solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Automate;
• Design training materials and deliver training and coaching sessions (in-person and hybrid) on how to use Microsoft 365 tools effectively;
• Analyse and document information structures and content organisation;
• Support the drafting, updating and maintenance of SharePoint content and data;
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, users, project managers and developers to ensure solutions meet requirements;
• Design, implement and maintain workflow and process automation solutions using Power Automate.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience with web sites development frameworks;
• Experience with end-user guidance and training;
• Experience in implementing solutions based on SharePoint Online and Power Automate
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and its content management;
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and its administration;
• Good knowledge of and working experience with Drupal and its content administration;
• Knowledge of business process analysis;
• Knowledge of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL);
• Knowledge of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements;
• Excellent command of the English language.
