Role- Information Analyst (Internship)

Stipend- 15k

Disability Type- Low vision, Hard of Hearing, Locomotor disability

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reporting, Raw data files, BI Dashboards, Transformation benefits.
• Data Analysis: Analyze SLA data / Transformation benefits to identify patterns, and insights that can help propose changes on SLA metrics as well as to control Transformation project benefit realization.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on SLA performance, Transformation benefits including metrics such as CSAT/resource utilization and Benefit realization.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Access, Copilot etc.).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
