Informatica Expert

Master-Works is actively seeking an experienced Informatica Expert to join our talented team. As a key player in our data management division, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of Informatica tools and technologies to design, implement, and optimize data integration and governance solutions. This role is vital in helping our clients leverage their data assets efficiently and effectively, ensuring that they maintain a competitive edge in today's data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and other relevant Informatica products.
• Analyze existing data processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, data quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and utilized effectively across the organization.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices related to data management and Informatica technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Informatica features and industry trends to continually improve knowledge and drive innovative solutions.
• Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to maintain and optimize the performance of Informatica environments.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools and technologies.
• Strong expertise in ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and solid knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience in designing and implementing data governance and quality frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Informatica certifications, such as Informatica PowerCenter Developer or Data Quality.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous.
