Experience required: 5-7 years

We are looking for an Informatica Support with experience using best practices to design and develop Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows (ETL) and reports. A solid understanding of PowerCenter 9.1 is essential for this position as well as a proven ability to work quickly and independently and to provide professional consulting service to customer.

• · Strong knowledge in Informatica application development and performance tuning.
• · Have full life cycle Informatica projects’ experiences on large scale data warehouse.
• · Have the ability to do the requirement gathering and preparing the ETL spec for developers.
• · Exposure to data modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio, Toad designer etc.
• · Experience with SQL, Oracle 9/11g, MS Access, Excel, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, SAS and BI tools;
• · Familiar with BI reporting tools such as Cognos, OBIEE.
• · Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
• · Skilled in UNIX environment, able to write UNIX scripts.
• · Very strong trouble shooting and problem management skills
• · Flexible and capable of juggling multiple priorities and willing to do what it takes to meet critical deadlines
• · Excellent Project Management skills with problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities
• · Great communication and presentation skills, highly motivated and self-starter.
• · Strong team work ability with interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
• · Very good at customer relationship management and have relevant experience
• · Bachelor’s degree.
