About the role :
Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Influencer Specialist in our Paris Office.
The influencer specialist is responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement. This role is vital in identifying key content creators, managing relationships, negotiating deals, and tracking campaign performance. Crucially, this person will take ownership of campaign processes, comprehensive reporting, and platform partnerships to streamline workflows and enable cross-functional teams to do their work more easily and efficiently. Furthermore, this individual will take the lead in building and scaling overarching creator and user-generated content (UGC) strategies to drive authentic, high-quality brand narratives. The role will report to the Senior Influencer Strategy & Operations Lead.
What you’ll do:
•
Creator & UGC Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine comprehensive creator strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences. Develop robust content frameworks for influencer partnerships and oversee the production of influencer-driven creative assets and user-generated content (UGC). Guide content creators to align with brand messaging while ensuring they retain their unique voice and authenticity.
•
Reporting & Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, including reach, engagement rate, traffic, conversions, and ROI (Return on Investment). Conduct end-of-campaign analysis against business goals and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders, using data insights to optimize future strategies and demonstrate value.
•
Influencer Discovery & Relationship Management: Identify, vet, and recruit influential content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience. Negotiate terms, draft clear contracts, and manage long-term partnerships while ensuring fair rates for content.
•
Content Strategy & Approval: Provide creative briefs and guide influencers to align with brand messaging. Review and approve all influencer-generated content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to legal compliance.
Who you are:
•
1-2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
•
Proven track record of building successful creator strategies, managing influencer-generated content frameworks, and fostering long-term creator partnerships.
•
Proven experience recruiting and managing creators and influencers (bonus if across multiple geographies).

Experience with platforms like ShopMy, LTK, or affiliate platforms (CJ, Rakuten).
•
Analytical mindset — able to track KPIs, manage spend, and optimize results.
•
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
