Job Overview:
Our client, Grüns, a fast-growing consumer brand, is looking for an Influencer Partnerships Manager, International to build and scale its creator engine across EMEA and APAC. In this role, you will own the end-to-end international influencer ecosystem—from sourcing and outreach to performance optimization—while contributing directly to international growth through localized, performance-driven creator storytelling.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a scalable creator pipeline across EMEA and APAC, sourcing creators by market, language, and cultural relevance.
• Own international influencer campaigns end to end, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, timelines, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage creator contracts, whitelisting, and usage rights to ensure compliance and readiness for paid media scaling.
• Partner closely with Paid Media teams to feed high-performing creator assets into ads and optimize based on results.
• Support international retail expansion through geo-targeted creator activations tied to retail launches.
• Track and report performance by market, including spend, CAC, attribution signals, and content efficiency.
• Develop repeatable international playbooks, including localized briefs, compliance guidelines, and market-specific best practices.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• 4–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven ownership of international influencer programs across EMEA and/or APAC.
• Experience running performance-driven influencer campaigns tied to CAC, revenue, or customer acquisition.
• Strong experience negotiating contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting agreements.
• Knowledge of international disclosure and compliance standards (UK ASA/CAP, EU, APAC).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
• Strong writing and creative judgment, with the ability to deliver clear briefs and on-brand content.
