Influencer Marketing Team Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Team Lead to mentor a growing team, build creative strategies across TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube, and turn data into actionable growth. You’ll guide your team, collaborate across marketing, and help shape the influencer channel for a global gaming marketplace used by millions.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

People Management – Lead and mentor a team of three Influencer Marketing Managers;

Strategy Building – Develop innovative strategies to grow the influencer marketing channel;

KPIs & OKRs – Plan and implement quarterly OKRs, broken down by social media platforms (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube) and locales (EN, DE, ES, JP, IT);

Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor activities across social media platforms and stay ahead of market trends;

Data Analysis – Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to drive consistent growth;

Collaboration with Other Teams – Work closely with content, development, and other marketing teams to align influencer initiatives with overall business goals.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

Experience in Influencer Marketing;

Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Grafana;

Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);

Proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a team;

Strong eye for detail and accuracy;

Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and supportive, with a positive attitude.

3500 - 7000 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience.
