Mission
You will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for the Portuguese market while being based in Madrid. This includes scouting and selecting influencers, leading negotiations, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring proper follow-up and performance tracking to deliver impactful and results-driven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Receive briefs and collaborate with L'Oréal and Samy's teams to develop creative and strategic campaign proposals.
• Influencer Selection: Identify and select appropriate influencer profiles for campaigns, create content calendars, and ensure content quality and requirements are met.
• Performance Supervision: Monitor daily campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
• Event Support: Assist and support events and brand activations, ensuring proper coordination between influencers and the brand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the booking and data teams to negotiate, identify trends, and generate post-campaign reports.
• Issue Resolution: Provide solutions for any issues that arise during campaign execution, maintaining a proactive and reactive approach.
• Results Analysis: Compile influencer results, draw conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the data team for additional social listening insights.
• Legal and Financial Coordination: Manage all legal and financial aspects related to assigned brands.
• Workflow Improvement: Identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.
