Mision
We are looking for an Influencer & Community Engagement Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns while nurturing and growing a community of creators across multiple beauty brands.
This role combines campaign execution, influencer relationship management and community engagement, and is key to building meaningful, long-term relationships with creators, transforming them into true brand advocates. Sitting at the crossroads of community, influence and brand experience, you will craft engaging ecosystems that inspire participation, loyalty and cultural relevance.
You will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, working closely with influencers and internal teams to create relevant, engaging and performance-driven content.
Job functions
• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from scouting and onboarding to execution and reporting
• Identify, recruit and manage micro and macro influencers, building strong, long-term relationships
• Oversee negotiations, briefings, deliverables and timelines to ensure high-quality execution
• Grow and nurture a community of creators, driving engagement, advocacy and a strong sense of belonging
• Design and implement engagement and loyalty strategies (including gamification, rewards and community initiatives)
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, activations and exclusive experiences for the community
• Plan and manage events and brand experiences, including on-site coordination and influencer management
• Track and analyze campaign and community performance, delivering actionable insights and optimizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, social, brand and strategy teams to ensure consistency and impact
• Stay ahead of platform trends, influencer landscape and emerging formats
