Mission
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, work with both micro and macro influencers, and lead creative, data-driven campaigns that set trends and deliver results.
Job Functions
• Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client goals
• Manage influencer relationships, including briefings, deliverables, and timelines
• Design and present detailed campaign strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs, collaborating with data teams to drive optimization
• Stay ahead of influencer, content, and platform trends, especially in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand identity and storytelling
