We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and scale creator partnerships across multiple regions in India. This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer ecosystems, enjoys building creator relationships, and can independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work with creators across categories, and a deep understanding of regional influencer landscapes. Multilingual proficiency, especially in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam, will play a key role in building meaningful partnerships and driving successful campaign execution.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across different regions and content categories
• Manage end-to-end influencer outreach including discovery, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers
• Communicate effectively with creators in multiple Indian languages, especially Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam
• Negotiate deliverables, campaign timelines, usage rights, and budgets efficiently
• Coordinate campaign execution including briefs, scripts, approvals, and content delivery
• Ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns while maintaining quality and timelines
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, ROI, and prepare detailed performance reports
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and budget reports for assigned categories
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand objectives
• Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, creator performance, and emerging content formats
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Multilingual communication skills with proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam preferred
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities across multiple campaigns and categories
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, execution-focused environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables effectively
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes
• Passion for social media trends, creator culture, and digital storytelling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work from office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
