We are looking for a strategic and well-connected Influencer Marketing Professional to drive our creator partnership strategy across the CEE region. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our influencer ecosystem, with a heavy focus on Romania, Greece, and Bulgaria, to increase brand awareness and drive marketplace growth. This is a 1-year fixed-term position for a hands-on expert who can act as the key link between the brand, local agencies, and influencers to ensure our campaigns are culturally resonant and data-driven.

Responsibilities:
• Lead influencer selection and hunting processes to identify and onboard high-potential creators across the CEE region.

• Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with local influencer agencies and key ecosystem partners.

• Provide deep regional market insights to guide high-level campaign planning, activations, and localized content strategies.

• Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign ROI.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform dynamics, and content formats specific to the CEE social media landscape.

• Coordinate branding projects between marketplace sellers and influencers, managing gifting, fixed deals, and collaborations.

• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Marcomm, and PR teams to ensure all influencer initiatives align with broader business goals.

• Manage end-to-end influencer activations, ensuring seamless execution from initial outreach to final performance reporting.

Expected Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of the CEE influencer ecosystem, with specific expertise in the Romanian and Greek markets.

• Proven background in the e-commerce or tech industry is highly advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with agencies and managing complex influencer partnerships from end-to-end.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a high sense of ownership.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Romanian, Greek, or Bulgarian is a significant plus.
