Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale our product through partnerships with creators and influencers, launching impactful collaborations that drive performance.

Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.

We already have 1 million users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 130 specialists.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing on Tier-1 markets

• Proven experience managing content procurement — from negotiations to final performance tracking

• Excellent communication and self-management skills

• Producer mindset — ability to spot content potential and evaluate its impact

• English level B2/C1 — strong written and verbal communication skills

Would be a plus:

• Experience in e-commerce, edtech, or other B2C-related niches

• Previous work with the US market

Your key responsibilities:

• Work with creators and influencers
- Search for influencers and UGC creators that perfectly match our target audience, with a strong focus on the US market
- Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, support, and collaboration

• Manage budgets and content
- Analyze the performance of purchased content and seek ways to reduce costs without compromising quality

• Process Building & Optimization
- Own the end-to-end process from influencer discovery and communication to budgeting and analytics, with the opportunity to build it from scratch.
- Maintain and update the partner database, ensuring its structure, accuracy, and completeness.

• Stay on top of trends
- Monitor trending content, collect ideas, and suggest new creative formats to attract and engage audiences
