Responsabilidades:

• Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias integrales de Influencer Marketing, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y la estrategia de comunicación global de nuestras marcas.

• Identificar, seleccionar y establecer relaciones sólidas y duraderas con influencers y creadores de contenido, asegurando su relevancia y afinidad con la marca para cada campaña.

• Dirigir el ciclo completo de las campañas de influencer marketing, desde la negociación y el briefing detallado, hasta la coordinación de contenidos, la supervisión de la ejecución y el seguimiento de acuerdos contractuales.

• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos (marketing, creatividad, paid media, legal) y agencias externas para integrar las acciones de influencia en estrategias full-funnel y asegurar la coherencia en todos los puntos de contacto.

• Supervisar el rendimiento de las campañas, analizando métricas de ROI y KPIs clave para extraer aprendizajes accionables y optimizar futuras estrategias.

• Proponer ideas creativas e innovadoras que refuercen los valores de la marca, amplifiquen su mensaje y generen impacto cultural en el entorno digital.

• Elaborar propuestas estratégicas de influencer marketing de alto impacto para nuevos clientes o proyectos, defendiéndolas con solvencia, visión y un sólido entendimiento del negocio.

Requisitos:

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia demostrable en la gestión y dirección de campañas de Influencer Marketing, preferiblemente en agencia de medios, agencia de influencer marketing o en un rol similar en cliente final, con responsabilidades crecientes.

• Profundo conocimiento del panorama de creadores de contenido, las plataformas sociales más relevantes (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, etc.) y sus ecosistemas, así como las dinámicas de interacción y monetización.

• Capacidad estratégica y analítica para transformar datos en decisiones de negocio, optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas y justificar el ROI.

• Manejo experto de herramientas de análisis y monitorización de influencers (ej. Influencity, Brandwatch, Meltwater, HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ o similares).

• Alto nivel de inglés imprescindible, para la comunicación fluida con stakeholders internos y externos, así como con equipos internacionales.

• Mantenerse constantemente al día con las últimas tendencias del sector, algoritmos de plataformas, formatos emergentes y benchmarks de la competencia para asegurar que nuestras estrategias siempre estén a la vanguardia.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, negociación y presentación, con capacidad para inspirar y persuadir a diferentes audiencias, incluyendo clientes de alto nivel.
