JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Growth Marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you act as the main point of contact and trusted sparring partner for both clients and influencers throughout the entire campaign lifecycle. You’re responsible for the implementation, management, and quality control of campaigns, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

You bring strong commercial insight and maintain clear oversight, enabling you to build and grow client portfolios effectively. You naturally keep the bigger picture in mind, know how to set priorities, and are comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once. Planning, creating clear timelines, monitoring progress, and delivering on time are right up your alley - and tight deadlines don’t faze you. Instead, you proactively look for solutions and alternative options when challenges arise.

Strong project management skills are key in this role. You’re also responsible for creating evaluation and performance reports to assess campaign effectiveness and success. You’re solution-oriented, able to work independently, and confident tackling any challenges that come your way. With your extensive experience in the influencer marketing space, your insights are respected and valued by both clients and internal teams alike.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You will expertly manage several influencer campaigns simultaneously on an independent basis;

• You implement and manage projects, where you focus on client satisfaction and KPI-based outcome;

• You identify and maintain contact with influencers, negotiate competitive rates, and draw up agreements;

• You ensure good guidance for both the client and the influencers during the entire process, for both, you are the point of contact and the sparring partner during the collaboration;

• You monitor performance by tracking and analyzing campaign results, writing detailed evaluation reports, and creating concrete recommendations to elevate the clients' influencer marketing;

• You ensure client happiness and campaigns that you can really be proud of.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Relevant amount of demonstrable work experience within influencer marketing;

• Great affinity with influencer marketing and social media. You are familiar with channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitch and always stay up to date with the latest trends;

• Experience in managing influencer campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a wide range of objectives and KPIs;

• The ability to quickly adapt and learn a new skill as needed for a project;

• Strong communication skills;

• C1/C2 German and English language required; both verbally and in writing;

• Strong data and analytical skills to establish KPIs, interpret results, anticipate challenges, and constitute solutions;

• Awareness of the latest trends within influencer marketing & social media, good relationships with influencers, and platform updates.
