What you will do

As the Influencer Marketing Lead for Korea, you will be the architect of our brand’s voice in one of the world’s most digitally advanced and trend-conscious markets. Following three months of consistent growth, we are looking for a specialist to take our "blank slate" presence in Korea and turn it into a high-performance engine.

Initially, you will focus on building a robust ecosystem of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and creators. This is a "builder" role; you will have the autonomy to define our Korean influencer playbook from scratch.

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Execution)

• Develop a localized influencer roadmap aligned with Korean cultural nuances and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Chuseok, Seollal, various "Days")

• Identify and vet high-alignment creators across YouTube, Instagram, and Naver (Blogs/Café)

• Manage talent contracts, usage rights, and localized pricing benchmarks to ensure cost-efficiency

• Track and report on KPIs (CPE, CPM, and Conversion) to prove ROI of Korean investments

• Collaborate with the global KOL team to bridge influencer wins into PR, Paid Media, and Offline activations

 
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• Minimum Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean with professional proficiency in English

• Deep knowledge of Naver (Blogs/Cafés), Kakao, Instagram, and YouTube as community platforms in Korea

• 3+ years of experience in Event Management or Experiential Marketing, with the ability to run physical events end-to-end

• 5+ years in Influencer Marketing with a proven track record managing large-scale, high-budget Korean campaigns

• Ability to manage both digital (campaign tracking) and physical (event planning) workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Requirements

• Existing relationships with major Korean MCNs (Sandbox, CJ ENM/DIA TV) and event vendors in Seoul

• Background in Consumer Electronics or Lifestyle Tech where product experience is central to the sales process

• Previous experience taking a brand from market entry to market leader

• Comfortable operating in a "blank slate" environment as the primary driver of all Korean initiatives
