We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and drive impactful influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, scout, and onboard relevant creators to expand the influencer network.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creator partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign planning, execution, and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple campaign-related queries, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
• Quickly adapt to technical or creator-related challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics; optimize strategies based on insights and data.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital marketing.
• Prior experience working with or for D2C brands is mandatory (brand-side exposure preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good understanding of influencer ecosystems, digital platforms, and creator-related challenges.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
