Influencer Marketing Manager – Gaming Partnerships

We’re looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to join a growing team, build creative strategies across TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube, and turn data into actionable growth. 

👉 BREAKDOWN:

Identify and pursue new influencer partnership opportunities, negotiate rates, and build collaborations across YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok;

Manage day-to-day account activities, including reporting, invoicing, budget management, and other administrative tasks;

Track and evaluate influencer performance using data-driven insights to decide when to renew, scale, or end partnerships;

Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate strategies across various channels;

Generate innovative ideas and creative strategies for influencer marketing campaigns.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

At least one year of experience in influencer marketing or a related field (e.g., account management, partnerships), with proven ability to work with YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch creators;

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with a strategic mindset to adapt to different influencers’ needs;

Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and clearly present insights;

Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages.
