What you'll do::
• Strategy & Growth
• Define and own the Influencer Marketing strategy for the DACH region, aligned with global objectives.
• Translate global frameworks into strong local execution that fits the DACH market.
• Identify new creator formats, platforms, and partnerships relevant to DACH.
• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Influencer Marketing team.
• Set clear goals, roles, and processes to ensure focus and accountability.
• Foster a culture of ownership, data-driven thinking, and creative excellence.
• Act as the main point of contact for Influencer Marketing topics in DACH.
• Campaign & Creator Management
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top key creators, talents, and partners.
• Ensure high creative standards while balancing performance requirements.
• Oversee contracts, compliance, and local regulations.
• Performance & Analytics
• Own budgets, forecasts, and ROI for Influencer Marketing in DACH.
• Monitor performance using KPIs such as ROI, CPA, reach, engagement, and brand lift.
• Work closely with analytics and performance teams on attribution and measurement.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and learnings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with DACH Ecomm team.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Align on launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.
• Contribute to global best practices and knowledge sharing.

Who we're looking for::
• Fluent in German and English.
• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, ideally in DACH markets.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of both brand and performance-driven influencer marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH creator landscape and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Podcast).
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and performance KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
