We are looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer landscape, stays updated with content trends, and enjoys building authentic relationships with creators.
You will act as a key liaison between influencers and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and successful campaign execution.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, connect with, and onboard suitable influencers for brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators across categories, from micro to macro influencers.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
• Clearly communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and expectations to creators.
• Proactively resolve creator-related or technical challenges during campaign execution.
• Track and monitor campaign performance across platforms, sharing regular updates and insights.
• Analyze campaign results to improve influencer selection and optimize overall strategy.
• Stay informed about industry trends, viral content formats, and creator performance benchmarks.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing to align campaigns with business goals and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities with a relationship-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Hands-on problem solver with strong execution capabilities.
• Genuine interest in influencer marketing, digital trends, and content culture.
• Prior experience in influencer onboarding, campaign execution, or creator management is a plus.
