The Role

We’re looking for a proactive socially native Influencer Manager to lead creator campaigns across multiple accounts. You will own day to day influencer strategy, creator sourcing and partnerships, and campaign delivery while working closely with account, creative and strategy teams. This role sits at the centre of NewGen’s creator work. You will manage creator relationships, oversee campaign execution and ensure campaigns deliver culturally relevant content and measurable results. You are highly organised, culturally plugged in and confident managing both creators and clients. You understand how creator partnerships work commercially and how social first thinking translates into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Lead Influencer Campaign Delivery

Manage influencer campaigns from brief through to reporting

Own creator sourcing outreach negotiation and delivery

Coordinate timelines approvals and deliverables across campaigns

Ensure content is delivered on brief and on schedule

Creator Partnerships

Identify creators aligned to brand audiences and campaign objectives

Build long term creator relationships across key platforms

Lead negotiations contracting and compliance processes

Work closely with talent agents and managers

Campaign Strategy

Work with strategy and creative teams to shape influencer led ideas

Recommend creator mixes formats and platform approaches

Ensure campaigns feel culturally relevant and socially native

Support integration between influencer and wider social creative campaigns

Performance Reporting

Oversee campaign reporting and performance analysis

Translate campaign performance into actionable insights

Track benchmarks and identify optimisation opportunities

Present results and recommendations to internal teams and clients

Operational Excellence

Maintain campaign trackers, documentation and workflows

Ensure that the creator contracts, usage rights, and compliance processes are followed

Work closely with finance teams on budgets, invoicing and reconciliation

Ensure campaigns remain organised, transparent and scalable

Social First Mindset Being socially native is at the heart of everything we do at NewGen. We’re not an advertising agency. You should have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You understand how creators build communities and why authenticity matters more than reach alone. You bring an instinct for what resonates online and how brands collaborate with creators in ways that feel natural and culturally relevant.

We’d Love You To Have

3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management

Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end

Strong understanding of creator platforms, culture and trends

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Confident communication and stakeholder management

Experience working in fast-paced agency environments
