and emerging technology. With offices in Malta, Brazil, India, Cyprus, Manila, and Serbia, and a team
of over 200 professionals, we produce world-class summits, media content, and networking
experiences across our three core brands: SiGMA World (gaming), AIBC (emerging tech, AI,
blockchain), and AGS (affiliates). We're looking for a passionate Influencer Manager to help us
amplify our brand presence through strategic creator and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships.
Job Overview
The Influencer Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers,
content creators, and Key Opinion Leaders across the gaming, tech, blockchain, and affiliate
industries. You will develop and execute influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, event
registrations, and community engagement across all three brands. Working closely with the Head of
Global Marketing and the wider marketing team, you will identify partnership opportunities,
negotiate collaborations, and measure impact to ensure every campaign delivers real value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the goals of
SiGMA World, AIBC, and AGS. Define clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, including reach,
engagement, registrations, and conversions. Create tailored approaches for each brand vertical,
recognizing the distinct audiences and industry dynamics of gaming, emerging tech, and affiliate
marketing.
Influencer Identification & Outreach
Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, KOLs, and industry thought leaders
across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, Twitch, and
podcasts. Build and maintain a categorised database of influencer contacts, segmented by vertical,
region, platform, and audience size. Lead outreach efforts, pitch collaboration opportunities, and
manage ongoing communication with influencer partners.
Campaign Management & Execution
Plan and execute influencer campaigns around key moments, including summit launches, speaker
announcements, ticket promotions, awards, startup pitch competitions, and post-event content.
Coordinate with the creative team to provide influencers with brand guidelines, assets, and
messaging frameworks while allowing authentic creative expression. Manage deliverables,
timelines, and approvals for all influencer collaborations.
Relationship Management
Cultivate long-term relationships with high-value influencers and brand ambassadors, turning oneoff collaborations into sustained partnerships. Coordinate on-site influencer activations at SiGMA
Group events, including meet-and-greets, live coverage, panel participation, and behind-the-scenes
content. Serve as the primary point of contact for all influencer-related inquiries and negotiations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking metrics such as
impressions, engagement rates, referral traffic, discount code usage, and conversion rates. Prepare
regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Benchmark influencer ROI against other marketing channels and continuously refine the strategy
based on data.
Budget & Contract Management
Manage the influencer marketing budget across all three brands, ensuring cost-effective
partnerships and maximum ROI. Draft and negotiate influencer agreements, including deliverables,
usage rights, exclusivity terms, and payment structures. Track spending and ensure all partnerships
stay within allocated budgets.
