Interns have the chance to work on projects for clients in a diverse range of industries: fashion, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, real estate, retail, financial and tech to name a few.

YOU (will do all of these things as an Influencer Intern)
Beginning day one, working with our team, we’ll create an environment that allows you to explore the various facets of Public Relations and Marketing:
Support with influencer identification or vetting as needed
Prepare and update influencer lists with fresh outlets, angles and voices
Influencer relationship management / ongoing creator communications once campaigns are live
Gifting/seeding logistics (coordinating product sends, tracking delivery)
Drafting influencer briefs or outreach communications
Carry out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint potential influencers to collaborate with
Assist with content monitoring including manual addition of content not tracked or removal of irrelevant content for paid and seeding campaigns
Keep us aware of client coverage and what’s happening with their competitors, identify potential risks and support with crisis management
Apply strong written ability to draft research reports, social content, internal communications and media relations materials
Support event execution: generate ideas, source locations, coordinate vendors, engage with media/influencers, and set-up/take-down
Dig deep into consumer and competitive research to support with new business pitches Attend brainstorms alongside strategic planners, art directors and copywriters
Assist account teams with ad-hoc tasks such as project management and billing support
The ASK
Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
Experience contributing to influencer campaigns within internships
Understand metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels
Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
Experience utilizing influencer campaign management systems like Sprout Social or in-platform tools is a plus
Strong computer skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office and comfort with AI tools for research or drafting communications
Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must and the ability to work well under pressure
Experience with social media platforms and design skills would be an asset
WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Slack, Capcut
Compensation:
APEX PR is committed to offering competitive pay for the role and experience that the candidate brings. The salary range for this role is $700.00/week.
In addition to comprehensive health and dental benefits, APEX PR/ruckus Digital offers a travel, wellness allowance, and a cell phone/internet allowance. We prioritize taking care of our team through transparency, staff events and continued.
This is a full-time in-office role and is expected to be in the office 5 days a week. We feel that this model promotes creativity, collaboration and professional development.
