Job Overview

We’re helping our client find an Influencer Gifting Coordinator who can own influencer gifting outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role, you will identify high-fit creators aligned with a premium skincare and makeup consumer and manage the full pipeline from outreach to shipped product. You will also ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and communication to support a high-volume creator program.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-fit influencers and creators across IG, TT, and YT (wellness, makeup, fashion, skincare, dermatologists, makeup artists, mom-creators and more).
• Manage the full gifting workflow: outreach, tracking responses, collecting addresses, and placing orders through Shopify.
• Build and maintain clean tracking lists covering:
• Outreach volume
• Follower count
• Segment/category
• Address + shipping details
• Status updates and KPIs

• Track and report weekly KPIs including number of creators contacted, confirmed, shipped, and potential ROI signals.
• Maintain strong follow-through, fast communication, and consistent organization.

Requirements:
• Excellent written communication

• Experience with social platforms (IG, TT, YT)
• Experience managing lists, trackers, and basic KPIs
• Comfortable with Shopify order placement and address/fulfillment workflows
