Creators and communities are at the center of how modern golfers discover, evaluate, and adopt technology.

Rapsodo is building an ecosystem that spans mobile, simulation, and performance analytics — and this role will help define how that ecosystem is brought to life through creators and communities.

This is an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact Golf creator network and community engine that directly drives product adoption and engagement.

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for an Influencer & Community Manager to build and scale Rapsodo’s Golf creator ecosystem and community presence.

This role owns the development of authentic creator partnerships and engaged communities that shape how golfers experience our products, while actively engaging with user communities to drive product adoption and generate meaningful feedback loops.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear ownership of creator and community initiatives, and meaningful influence across marketing and product.

Requirements:
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or creator program management
• Deep familiarity with the Golf ecosystem — including YouTube creators, simulator communities, and golf forums
• Proven ability to build and manage creator relationships and partnerships
• Experience executing influencer campaigns or community programs that drive measurable engagement
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work with marketing, product, and content teams
• Data-informed mindset — able to connect creator and community activity to engagement and growth outcomes
• Strong familiarity with the Golf ecosystem — including creators, simulator communities, and golf technology — is highly preferred

SUCCESS METRICS

• Growth and quality of the Golf creator network (active creators producing consistent monthly content)
• Creator participation and output during key product launches and campaigns
• Community growth and engagement across platforms (e.g., active participation, retention, content creation)
• Creator- and community-driven contribution to organic reach, engagement, and product adoption
• Actionable insights generated from creator and community feedback that influence product and marketing decisions
