Job Description

Develop and execute local influencer marketing strategies to drive deposits, revenue growth, and ROI;
•
Identify, attract, and onboard relevant streamers, tipsters, and micro-influencers across LatAm region;
•
Build and scale long-term partnerships with local influencers in performance-driven environments;
•
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: brief creation, negotiation, technical task preparation, content approval, publishing control, and performance tracking;
•
Monitor and optimize campaign results based on key metrics such as deposits, reach, CPA, engagement, and ROI;
•
Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of local trends and identify new growth opportunities;
•
Manage allocated budgets and ensure efficient spending aligned with performance goals.
We need your professional experience:
•
1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing (experience in betting/iGaming is highly preferred);
•
Hands-on experience working with influencer traffic and performance-based campaigns;
•
Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, streaming platforms, and local social media ecosystems;
•
Understanding of core performance metrics (CPA, ROI, conversion rate, engagement rate);
•
Experience in negotiations and closing partnership deals;
•
Good command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive);
•
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken);
•
Strong understanding of the LatAm market;
•
Working with various revenue share, CPA, and Hybrid offers will be a plus.
