Role

As a Junior Influence Manager, France within BeReal’s Operations team, you will:

• Find and onboard talented content creators who align with BeReal's mission to drive growth of the French market.

• Negotiate directly with creators or agencies for both paid and unpaid collaborations.

• Build a strong pipeline of diverse creators to grow our Creator Program.

• Analyze content performance and give actionable feedback.

• Share insights on trends and strategies to help creators improve engagement and visibility.

• Be the main point of contact for creators, fostering strong relationships.

• Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on program improvements.

• Track creator performance metrics and identify trends.

• Report insights to refine the Creator Program and drive growth.

Profile

• 1/2+ years experience managing influence campaigns in B2C industries for the French market

• Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships with creators in a performance-driven environment

• Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.

• Creative, proactive, and comfortable suggesting new ideas, with a test-learn-optimize mindset

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and building creator communities.

• Highly organized and adaptable, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Familiar with main social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch) and digital culture in France

• Fluent in French and English
