Your Role: Building the Foundation
In our infant classrooms, the Lead and Co-Teacher are a TEAM. Together, you will be the primary caregivers and educators for our littlest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a Sanctuary: Maintain a safe, sanitary, and nurturing environment following all NC-DCDEE and CACFP regulations.
Intentional Teaching: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, motor, and social-emotional development.
Form Partnerships: Build strong, communication-based relationships with families to ensure their baby’s needs are met with consistency.
Mastery of Care: Maintain high standards of classroom management while keeping infants engaged and thriving.
Qualifications & Requirements
Salary: $10.00 – $14.00 per hour (Based on education and experience).
Education: 2-year Associate’s degree in Early Childhood (or related field) preferred.
Certifications: NC B-K Initial License is highly valued.
Experience: 6+ months of verifiable teaching experience in a licensed setting preferred.
