Infant Assistant Teacher – Full Time
We are seeking a patient, nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to join our childcare team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift position—no nights or weekends—in a supportive and positive daycare environment.
Schedule:
Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the lead teacher with the daily care of infants
Feeding, diapering, and maintaining a safe, clean classroom environment
Engaging with infants through nurturing interactions, play, and age-appropriate activities
Communicating with classroom staff to support a smooth daily routine
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred
Professional infant care experience required
Patient, dependable, and nurturing personality
Ability to work well as part of a team
Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay: $16.25–$17.50 per hour
